Richard W. Bradshaw
Richard Bradshaw is the President and Chief Banking Officer for United Community. With more than 35 years of experience in the banking industry, Bradshaw leads all of United's diverse commercial, retail, and credit lines of business, while also overseeing more than 200 branches across United’s six-state footprint. Prior to this position, he served as Head of SBA Programs at TD Bank. He is also a retired long-term member of the board of directors and executive committee for NAGGL (National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders).
His career includes service as a retired Commander from the U.S. Naval Reserve Intelligence Program and five years of active duty as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force. Bradshaw graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Management and holds a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
Bradshaw and his wife, Stacey, live in Greenville, SC, and have three adult children and six grandchildren. He currently serves as an elder at First Presbyterian Church in Greenville. He has previously served as President of the Board of Directors for the Greenville Symphony Orchestra, Greenville Literacy Association, and recently retired from the board of the Greenville Community Foundation.
