Jennifer M. Bazante
Jennifer Bazante is the Chief Marketing Officer for Humana, one of the nation’s leading health care companies with a focus on health insurance and integrated care delivery.
In her role, Jennifer is helping transform a culture that does more than pay insurance claims. She’s part of a brand movement to convey a human approach to solving consumer problems for the millions of members who trust Humana with their healthcare.
In addition to overseeing the company’s brand and reputation efforts, Jennifer leads strategies for member acquisition and engagement as well as direct-to-consumer and business-to-business marketing across traditional and digital channels. During her tenure, Humana’s relentless focus on customer needs has led to all-time customer satisfaction scores.
In 2021, Jennifer helped launch the CenterWell brand across the company’s brick and mortar primary care clinics, a key part of Humana’s effort to transform care for older people.
An expert marketer and business strategist, Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience at top domestic and international companies. Prior to joining Humana, Jennifer served as head of global brand and product marketing at Visa where she was instrumental in the launch of Visa’s first global brand positioning campaign, “more people go with Visa,” which debuted in more than 50 countries. She also led the marketing communications plans around Visa’s global sponsorships, including the Olympic Games and FIFA.
Prior to Visa, Jennifer worked for Colgate-Palmolive. She spent time in South America focusing on oral and body care categories, and later moved to New York where she worked in global business development on new product bundles in the oral care division. Before joining Colgate-Palmolive, Jennifer worked at Policy Management Systems Corporation as a product consultant with clients and projects in Spain and France.
Jennifer is a graduate of Florida State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Marketing, and holds an International MBA from the Moore School of Business at The University of South Carolina. She currently resides in Florida with her family.
